What can you tell about that "Jade Shrine"?

Probably the oldest place of the city. It was the home of the Goat clan, but they moved almost all of it to the Heritage Museum. Everybody knows there is an old shrine there, but only the goats know its secrets.

What are each of these places and which clans does it belongs to?

Here is a rundown of them:

The Pits - Where the Rats live. Lots of Motorcycles and other vehicles workshops are there.
The Underbank - Base of the Ox gang. A place with a lot of pawn shops.
Stargaze Villa - Where the Tigers live. One of the big villas in the outskirts of the city
Moonfall Hospital - Home of the Rabbits. They also work here.
Cristal Villa - home of the Dragon clan. Also where the Dragon chief resides.
Ophidia Agency - Where the Snakes are. A famous fashion company.
CEPD HQ - Where the Horse clan operates. The main police hq of the city.
Heritage Museum - Where the Goat clan lives. Famous artifacts of the nearby shrine are exhibited here for everyone to see.
MonoTech Warehouse - It was the main base of the Monkey clan, but it is now in ruins after a fire destroyed the place.
Golden Trillion - Where the Roosters are. Famous social club in the city, with bars and a casino inside.
Cerberus HQ - Home of the dog clan. International corporation with a heavy presence in the city.
Shipyard - Base of the Pigs. Old shipyards of the city.

Are those symbols that represents the clans? Also, what is Oldtown and The Old Market?

Yes, each one has an emblem, you will see them in their clothes a lot, that's where i put them usually, especially on their leaders.

What about my other question about Oldtown and The Old Market?

Oh right, that part is kinda neutral ground. It has many small stores and places to eat, but is relatively peaceful. It is the oldest part of the city, hence the name.

Does Moonfall University know that its old hospital hosts a criminal gang? If it still works, of course.

Not criminal, but it is where the rabbits are. The hospital is fully operative, and many residents of the city are treated there.

The Golden Trillion?

Where the Roosters are. Kinda like a big hotel, casino and social club, many go there to have some fun.

Not too much, since the rabbits only rule over the hospital.

How you made this map, is there a generator online?

And the clan symbols, what inspired you to make them?

I tried to find generators but none of them convinced me, so i draw it from scratch. As for the symbols, a bit of everything. Some of them were just random stuff but others draw inspiration from some myths, like the moon motive on the rabbits, or something related to the animal in question, like the figures in the rooster emblem that are the metal spoons that are used in cock fights.

i do have a question's. would it be possible to make a wiki page out of all the lore you have? i also feel like i need a lil bit of facts about Eclipse island. defiantly looks the most cut off form the city.

Edit: Never mind. You said you made it yourself. Reminded me a lot of some of the GTA maps.

So what's it like for the average resident there? Assuming the person have zero affiliation with the gangs.

I say they live pretty well. Although i keep calling them gangs and clans and saying how much secret stuff they do it's not like they do crimes all day in the city. They are just powerful groups that manage certain parts of the city, and this helped it developing through the years. Is there crime there? Sure, like any other city, but it's not a wretched hive of villainy and scum xD.

how a police department works there are those guys corrupt?

The opposite. The horses and their leader are on the good side of the law. Doesn't mean they are exactly nice though.

Is this a Saints Row city takeover map?

You go into all these gangs, have you gone into any of the other side of the law at all?

You mean like good guys, or like police or something like that?

Police mostly, i perfer to look at them as good guys, or would like to, but they don’t have to be, or more likely better story wise, all over the place like Gotham.

I can see there's a lot of gaps between each gangs territory, I thought the borders would be a lot tighter.

It's not that their territories are forbidden zones or something like that, but rather where they have more influence. For this reason they where more tighter in the past, but lately they have beginning to lost some of it. Rather that a problem it was something that played in their advantage, since these "neutral zones" are often used to solve conflicts if there are any.

Do you think you'll ask the service of a 3D mapper to render this place in Blender as you see it ? Or will it be just left in a map style and let user free to render the place as they like in their renders?

Yeah for now its very open to interpretation, the only important thing is that is a coastal city. It would be nice to at least have a render of the city from far away, but someday I'll do it.

I am curious: Are there any anthro insect/bug clans or residents within the city by chance?

So far I haven't considered any bug characters in this, but sure they exist and may be living in the city too.

Maybe you could have an insect clan, if you introduce the Celtic zodiac.

Is there a school system here and are there any regular folks living there like families, children and teens?

I understand the (Traditional Character) Chinese Symbols: 龍 Dragons、蛇 Snakes、兔 Rabbits/Hares、鼠 Mouses/Rats、虎Tigers、馬 Horses、豬 Pigs、羊 Sheep.

Yep, all 12 of them. Eventually there will be a model pack for each of them.

I look for some map generators first, but none of them gave me the result i wanted, so i just made it from scratch in photoshop. Took a while but it turned out way better that i expected.

Yeah myself all in Photoshop. Tried some generators but none of them gave me the results i wanted.

Are they all safe to live in any location or is there one place many tend to gather and feel welcomed.

It's not that their territories are forbidden zones or something like that, but rather where they have more influence. So from the outside, everything is pretty much normal. The city is safe, but probably the two not so safe places are where the rats are (the pits) and some places near Moonfall.

Between the name and obvious Chinese culture, I’m guessing this place is a Spanish colony like Hong Kong & macau
