Complex hand pattern, eh? Is it made with the right hand going forehead, sternum, left shoulder, right shoulder? (Not to necessarily imply there's Catholics in this world, but the sign of the cross is a bit our brand. )
Looking forward to the point when she doesn't need to mindspeak anymore. One pro to getting isekai'd is that the green owl can't get you.
Also, Theodore Gray does an excellent job of summing up quantum electrodynamics in a single page in his book The Elements, at least if you were to ask 8th-grade me. Just saying. All this talk about souls does have me wondering if this is some sort of afterlife, though. (And Mary was pregnant with Jesus at 13, so equating childbearing with being 18 is horribly postmodern-anthrocentric. Just saying. )

Honestly, I must confess that you lost me early in your entertaining comment at the green owl (even though I like owls).
Quantumelectrodynamics is fine as long as you do not try to solve anything. Trust me, as soon as you want numbers (and that is the job of a scientist like me) things get hard. But it makes for nice diagrams for sure.
I did quite some research on medieval society and the first child rarely came before 16, as puberty was rather later with worse nutrition. (All bets are off with divine intervention, of course ...) About their clerics here, they are somewhat monotheistic. Read on about 25 chapters later will be an in-deep explanation.
