I used to be so scared of Freddy at one point that I refused to watch any of the Nigtmare on Elm Street movies. That all changed when I beat his ass in Mortal Kombat 9.

My mom kept me away from movies like that as a kid, so it wasn't even until maybe half a decade or so back that I even got them on DVD and started going through 'em. But hey, they're still fun even today X3

Oh yes and very creative. And I can say the same about my parents - funny how they allowed me to watch movies like Robocop, Terminator, Aliens and Predator as a kid but drew the line when it came to horror movies.
