If youre pondering what to draw, just draw your character pondering. It's a good a plan as any.


I'm back baby! A few days off really felt good. I'm more relaxed, balanced and focused than I was before.
So in my brief pause, I kinda wanted to draw something. Since Commissions arent really an option for me right now, I guess I'd go ahead and draw a pic of my character myself (again).
At first I was thinking big epic action slaughter picture with guns, explosions and all that fancy stuff I learned to love while playing Bulletstorm.

But I couldnt really come up with an idea for it. I went back and forth a lot until I somehow thought, that a motive like that would be the perfect solution:
It tells its own little story and shows that Night has been through some shit and that his last mission didnt turn out that well for him. So now he lies in his starship, thinking about...stuff.
I guess I'm slowly moving my character in a direction where I might actually give him some sort of backstory, I dunno.

This picture does represent my state of mind over the last couple of days, since I've been doing a lot of thinking and I realised that I was taking things way too seriously and I've been a bit of a jerk. So heres to me finally going back to the way I was. :P
