Lost Luna is a fanfiction project for MLP: FiM. Set in the alternative sci-fi universe. After 5 years spent in a cryo-induced limbo and flying from planet to planet, Queen Chrysalis returns to Equestria, only to learn things have gone a little south there. While the pony kind needs to learn how to cooperate again and face the dangers the world throws at them, the other creatures want a piece of the turf for themselves. And if that isn't enough, the old reliable disaster pony, the fallen angel of purple coat and magical potential worth of a princess threatens to make her return. Will Chrysalis survive and defend what she's helped to build?
