Yeah, not anything personal I just think they're a strange trend and it doesn't appeal to me at all. I feel the same way about the classic centaur too though, if that helps any xD Just seems awkward.
And it's fine that other people like them :} Lots of people don't like ferals and that's how I represent myself online a majority of the time! Takes all sorts.

As one of the things I feel is 'wrong' with taurs is that their skeletons/anatomy doesn't make sense... I imagine one with wings also would just frustrate me xD
And thank you ^^ Runenora's cute too - she has enough personality that she's one of the few taurs I don't mind so much. The old Rune hyena dude thingy however did not have the same charm.

Fair enough, but drawing them... In my sketches I build up the shapes, a simplified 'skeleton' and every time I look at a sketch for a taur it looks awkward and frustrates me. It puts me off and I can't tell if it looks 'right' because taurs don't look right, so I can't help but feel annoyed :c

True that would be rather annoying.
You ever take color commissions? Would kind of like to get a colored one sometime as I'm thinking of them with their feathers happily fluffed up which would be better shown by colored art but if not are you still taking those sketch commissions?

I'm not currently taking coloured commissions - when I do colour it's with a touchpad and it's a bit of a pain.
Normal sketch commissions will continue, more slots will become available when the last of the current slots is complete - probably Thursday as I have classes :} Sorry!

Also if you're a fan of extra legs, check out bobby123's gallery (he commented above you). Jebus I've never seen so many limbs on a single character.
Also I hope you like this. The first sketch I did had him stretching and yawning but it didn't come out very well. As I said to Rune, trying to sketch a simplified skeleton for a taur is right confusing in the early stages :C

I sort of like taurs, but I hate drawing things with anatomy like that, so I tried drawing a taur which was basically a long necked creature with neck-arms and it didn't really work out because the L-bend looks "normal" but the spine would probably jut outward, which I haven't been able to make look right. One day I'll make a taur that makes (slightly more) sense. ONE DAY.
