Finally got around to finishing Noelle! Some of you may know that Noelle is a pretty prominent face on my MMD account so I wanted to differentiate her with a completely new outfit. I tried to incorporate that dress she wears as well. I tried adding the back of the dress but that made her look too much like a superhero with the cape and mask lmao.
