Le leaned forward and whistled. "Well, this certainly feels large, doesn't it, Sarge?"

Sarge replied with a disdainful snort. As much as Sarge tried to hide it, his tail was wagging. His paint experiment was successful... he just didn't want to use it on himself this soon. "I said 'There are tubes of paint on the counter. Some blue ones and some grey ones. DON'T use the paint in the blue tubes!" Sarge huffed, poking at large, fluffy mass of belly attached to himself. He tried to hoist himself out of the position but had difficulties doing so.

Le chortled. "Ooooh, I thought you said 'DON'T!' Comma, 'use the paint in the blue tubes!" Le patted his large mass of belly as well. "So, I ignored the grey tubes that you mentioned and grabbed the funny-looking blue ones."

Sarge looked down at the painting of a pumpkin on his and Le's bellies. He was fond of the idea of belly painting, but he wasn't expecting all his experimental paints to be used so quickly.... He felt his face flush hot, now realizing he was feeling mortified for falling for his own invention. "Crap, those were my fluffmaster-brand prototypes. That's the last time I leave my experiments in the open."

Le cocked his head to the side. "Experi-what?"

Sarge sighed. "Nothing, Le.... I just hope this paint stops soon."
