OMG.
If you add together the dates of the two worst global disasters to date, it makes the nastiest date of all! The date that the earthquake and tsunami hit Japan was 10/03/2011. The Twin Towers collapsed 11/09/2001. Now for the maths.

Nostradamus spoke in allusion and metaphor, and until anyone can succesfully prevent an event from happening based on his predictions, I don't think a self-proclaimed prophet should be considered a viable source of any information.
The biggest rebuttal I'll often hear is that he predicted 9/11. Did he? Then why didn't anybody do anything to stop it if he 'correctly' predicted it would happen and wrote it in a book that hasn't gone out of print since he died?
Also what alot of folks don't know is that the "prediction" of the Mayan calendar was recently proven to be a mistake and the supposed end of the calendar doesn't mean the end of the world, it only means they'd start using a new calendar. The same way our calendar ends Dec 31, we use a new calendar the next year because dates and such would all fall on different days of the week. But life goes on, does it not?
But of course you're not going to hear that all over the news. If you did, would ANYONE still have went to see the movie 2012? Get people to believe lies, and they'll give you their money, but tell them the truth...

Whilst the Japanese Earthquake is a huge disaster, I will have to call bullshit at the '9/11' date, it wasn't a natural disaster it was a TERRORIST incident, yes it was tragic, yes it was awful but nowhere near the scale of what's happening to the poor people of Japan right now, there have been far worse disasters to befall people other than 911, but of course if we don't count that date then we don't get the 2012 thing.
Approximately 3000 people died and around 6000 injured at 9/11, so if we take this into account let me list some other major disasters that have happened after 9/11

I don't buy into the 2012 stuff, if I'm wrong then I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure that this time in 2013 we'll still be here leading our lives thinking to ourselves how silly we were buying into the 2012 thing.

Weeeeeeeeelll the end is near that is a fact because the bible clearly says that in the last days there will be disaster like the quake tsunami ect, BUT that no one will know the exact date of the end of the world it's not for us to know, but the thing is a day for God a million years, so who knows when the end is??? I believe the end of the world is when Jesus comes again and takes all his children home (:> the people who are left behind, well...let's just say I don't want to be left behind, because a world without God is a world of sorrow OTL and I don't want ANY of my friends to be left behind or go to hell
