Well I had an embarrassing moment yesterday. I took my pup skiing at Shawnee Peak and while happily scooting along on my blades a rather unusual thing happened, I somehow managed to break toes off both of my ski boots. Well fortunately the only thing I broke (besides my boots) was pride.


I must say that it was an unusual event, unfortunately we only had a crappy camera phone to snap some pics with.

So if you have ever wondered what the life expectancy of Nordica ski boots is, the answer is about 23 years.
