One full week into Taut-tober, let us celebrate this march into an ever-expanding, ever more pressurized future, by taking a brief jump back into the past...back to...here, perhaps?~ (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/48310207/ )
Oh, Deer Lord, how mistaken those researchers were!~ Your condition was not deteriorating, it was improving!~ Your gluttonous devouring and assimilation was making you more and more whole, filling your empty, skeletal chassis with the warmth of new flesh, bloated, tight flesh that is! Even your servants were able to join in on it, a pressurized, protective form which...in spite of how loud it creaks, and how feebly it appears to wobble, is actually an improvement in all regards!~
Forms capable of stretching so far logically are able to resist any sort of trauma, sharp or otherwise. The heavy, soft yet taut blubber allows for powerful, flattening momentum. Eyes pushed so far out of their original places simply let you see far more than what you ever could before...and of course, looks like that tend to be quite charming in certain circles~
Let your form grow, for you were an early adopter of that pressure!~ Let it swell to unthinkable, unrecognizable sizes~ You are not a monster, you are the king-sized party animal of your soon to be outgrown domain, destined to fill up oh so much space along with the other everblooming blimps who have caught the taut-tober moon's eye~
You sure as heck aren't taxidermized, but you're just so stuffed you might as well be full of cotton~

Yeaaahhh this was a VERY self-indulgent one for me, considering how much I love Specimen 8 as is and how much they fill every requirement for being a "horror-adjacent thing I wanna make go from scary to extremely taut, harmless, and cuddly", I just couldn't resist doing a new shape for them and adding in some of the violent deer in as a not-so-tiny bonus~
