A recently finished commission. One of the most amusing things in the Netflix series Centaurworld was how Horse responded to the news that Rider had a new horse called Becky Apples. So here's an imaginary confrontation between Becky Apples and Horse. Both Becky Apples and Horse have gone through gateway. However with different results of going through the gate are...different.
The client wanted this piece done in a classic sword and sorcerer fantasy piece. Becky Apples is calm, composed knightly character. Horse on the other hand is your classic Red Sonja/Red Shetland chain mail barbarian. Meanwhile Rider is trying figure out why she suddenly finds Horse so hot.

One does not mess with Becky Apples. That horse is terrifying.
Also, for those who haven't seen Centaurworld, best I can say is that it's a slow burn. It seems weird and cartoonish at first, but there is a lot of character arc payoff as the story unfolds. Yes, even with Durpleton.

Hmm I never saw Centaurworld so there's nothing I can say about it except that this scene still is awesome, (very) interesting, (a bit) lovely, (kinda) funny and (very) frightening either way. And to finish, I must add that the design, and appearance, of the gals that appear here look good overall, especially Rider; amazing work by the way.
