For those blessed by their goddess Hygeia herself, men and women of the empire may find themselves becoming members of the Hygeian Churchs Militant Force or commonly known as "The Paladins Guard". Though technically members of the church, the church frequently sends their forces to assist the empire in times of war, often their Royal Initiates, the lowest ranked members of the church. Despite their low stature in the church however, they have access to spells and buffs which makes them just as dangerous (or even more dangerous) than your standard Imperial Soldier.
