This is just an idea I had that 
Mehndi was willing to draw out.
My Pathfinder character Cyn is a pretty big guy. While not technically a large creature as far as the rules are concerned, he is certainly on the high end of medium, and much taller than most people. Additionally, with his focus on natural weapons, his big chunky paws.
One of his fellow party members, and one of his lovers, is a diminutive mousefolk lady named Clove. Much smaller overall, and with more delicate feminine hands.
Needless to see there is a fair bit of size difference between them! I'm not sure if it's quite this dramatic of a difference, but I thought it would be a fun visual.
