So people ask me, "Foshu, how do you get through 2 months without meat?" I just eat those people.
Anyway, here's a recipe for some veggie soup I really like :3 Enjoy! Let me know if you ever try this and like/hate/have sex with it, I would love getting some opinions and suggestions.
Also obligatory watermelon chibis lol

Why, that looks delicious...! I shall have to try making it next time I'm near a kitchen.
You should pop out a few more of the vegetarian recipes of your favourites, if you find the time and will to. Can't have too much good variety with this diet. Heck, if you made a book with a bunch of pages like this, I'd buy it. :3

Yay another noodle soup fan x3
I cooked one yesterday, too, but with chicken stuff (sry, I like meat too much ~.~)
May I suggest something: what I really like is cutting a chili into small pieces, put it into (salty!) water for a while- 30min or so- and then put the water into the cooking soup. This makes it a bit spicy without having chili pieces swimming around <3 (I love spicy things, but not cooked paprika of any kind...)
Atm we are growing bih jolokia at home, but from those I'll only take a knife tip full *g*

This is absolutely amazing, I've prepared this several times for when I have family and guests over. Typically we're all die-hard meat eaters (especially beef and chicken) but more than once we've found ourselves going back for seconds. It re-heats very well, making for good left-overs on those busy schedules when you don't have much time coming home from work to cook!
