Description:
Created by Black Doom many years before Shadow the Hedgehog. Scarlett is the assassin of the Black Arms and second in command. After being left behind, Scarlett hears that her master is defeated by Shadow on Earth, so she travels to Earth along with Black Death and Eclipse to avenge her fallen master.
Scarlett's use of blood magic is to collect from those she encounters and place them in her Blood Vial. She has fast skills and could kill anyone in seconds. Her biggest challenge is fighting Shadow. Yet, she did not know that Shadow is her "brother" who killed Black Doom.
