A Georgia-based oil tanker "Foxtail" (commanded by a raccoon captain), has ran aground on the coastline of South Carolina spilling 50,000 gallons of crude oil into the water. Here Joe Otterburn, in this picture, is the victim of the spill. He is covered in oil. He was rescuing some aquatic wildlife in the oil spill zone. He is splattered from head to tail to his flippers, leaving oil footprints of flippers behind on the sand. He is holding a clam in his paw. Joe Otterburn needs to take a bath. This oil spill that does not exist, took place shortly after the BP oil spill on the Gulf.
