This is a parody for the famous "hallelujah" phrase from Messiah by Handel.
This was sung in Hebrew, in order to thrive and have the attention of furries from Israel, since the Israeli community is very small. Although we're small, I believe we should try being unique and to have our own memes and jokes, and culture. I personally think that local furry community should speak in their native language between themselves, and using English or any other international language mainly in Conventions and in contacting furries from worldwide.
