The number:number thing is a scale system. Fraction-outof-Real size. For example, 1:100 is 1% out of the entire size. 2:100 is 2%, 85:100 is 85% scale, etc. it's very fraction-heavy. It's mostly used in model kits, such as Gundam kits for example. MG = Master Grade, PG = Perfect Grade, etc. and the size is usually using the number:number scale system, although with a giant robot vs a detailed model it almost seems silly =3

How big? I'm usually TERRIBLE with measurements and end up making it twice as large as ordered, so if you wanted me to make a 7" plushie it would probably be around 15" or so.
Also, would you prefer a certain design, or would you want to give me artistic freedom? I do better with freedom but I'd be willing to do a certain design if you prefer.

Hmm well actually (most likely not XD) a 1:1 or almost 1:1 would be cool :) is that possible? And artistic freedom most likely ^^ but there is a pose that i really like XD anyway would you be able to add just a few custom features? Like different colored eyes and different inside ear color :)
Hmm, my only issue with that is the sheer size of a 1:1 jolteon or quilava. They're about 3-4 feet D:

Oh wow, thanks! I'm thinking about remaking him soon since i made him in a little over a day the first time. I really like making plushies but nobody ever wants to spend more than material cost on them, so I don't get commissioned for them ever :c But yeah gosh I was a little stupid as a kid with my pricing. As of now it would be much higher than $30, haha. Thanks though <3 i really hope to make more plushies soon!
