In my opinion, arrogant, greedy, gluttony is the nature of dragon, and dragons should enjoy receiving compliments, my dragon family just like it hahaha.
By the way, you should punish him, I wil swallow and squeeze him if it were me. Um...this maybe a reward lol

Which I won't do, since I'm totally different and don't really obey the pre-established ~rules~, plus punishing someone for something this punny is useless and a waste of time and energy which can be used for a more constructive purpose. I have other perspectives and visions i'd like to show and anyway ~dragons have other qualities which should be higlighted other than being arrogant, gluttonous, greedy~...each individual are different and thus obey different rules~
