Nick Wilde has spent the last few nights attempting to find the location of a huge drug ring. Apparently, sometime this week they were supposed to meet up and he didnt have much time to waste in trying to find them.
Luckily for him, Duke Weasleton happened to accidentally learn the time and place of the deal... unfortunately he isnt quick to talk... something about them killing him. So in desperation Nick started interrogating his restrained captive.
Not wanting to hurt Duke he starting using more unusual torture methods. In the end he settled on good ol' fashioned tickle torture. Duke seems very belly ticklish, maybe he should cover that spot up better next time.

I mean that's a classic situation right there. Alternatively, training on how to apprehend a suspect. First thing, some cuffs, can't avoid those. Hands against a wall, do a pat-down. Then you can attack under the ribs. He's expecting either serious training or the guys having some fun, not a tickle torture. Next, on the ground, you can go after his paws in that position. You wouldn't need too much equipment for that unless you were doing a more traditional tickle interrogation. You could, say, 'dust him for prints' using the fingerprint powder brushes, and so on.
