Another busy chapter! A whole bunch of developments to digest, and, naturally, a bit of intrigue--though it should be obvious just who that mysterious person is. >.>
Also, "curmudgeon" is the perfect word to use to describe Carnoc.
Comments and critique greatly appreciated.

Yeah, I've been waiting for this. Simon deserved that, no less. I was so betting that someone would find out, and very pleased that they took action. After all, people can even get sued for maltreating their pets, let alone an intelligent, valuable and sapient dragon( I could hardly call them animals). Well , Carnoc's prospects went up a notch( those damned collars are finally off, always hated those things) and finally some way is found that they can be aware of how the other dragons are doing(btw these voice messaging thing really proves that the dragons are equal to humans, hardly any animal today can use voice messaging at all). Very thankful for posting this chapter. Well, something is still bound to happen(with a couple of vengeful individuals on the loose) but I say even if legal measures are taken, the collars and harness are still very incriminating evidences. My patience has paid off (finally) and I still look forward to the next chapter(patiently as always). Yup, Simon's caller is about as obvious as a clown in a crowd of mimes. Enough said, cheers! . May you keep us interested in your great story(I ain't eager for it's ending yet, I'm still interested). Well, enough said.
