I've been bitten by a rat before and it's amazingly painful for them being such a small animal - I think because their incisors are designed to cut, whereas a dog or cat's canine tooth (I've also been bitten many, many times) is designed to hold. I imagine a ceranid bite would be much like a rat's, and do a heck of a lot of damage.

Holy balls. The amount of detail you managed to get into a relatively small canvas is amazing. It doesn't look too cluttered, but still blows you away :o
