Riot Troopers are trained specifically for urban warfare and are sent alongside melee troopers for operations within major cities or enemy bunker fortifications. Their Type MP-33 Tri-Barrel Heavy Shotguns allow them to hit targets hard with short range energy blasts but light enough to allow them to carry with one hand. They also carry a number of smoke grenades to quickly blind enemies and go in for the kill.
