During the Defiler War, a lot of evil dragons were captured by both sides and typically, wherever those dragons were sent the Kobold Hordes followed. So it isn't surprising that Omegarune has a sizable kobold population after the war and their armies has a large number of Kobolds amongst their ranks.Though smaller and weaker than your average trooper, their ability to rapidly reproduce allows Kobold Troopers to fight in great numbers armed with magnums and short blades.
