My first head attempt - a realistic grey wolf - inspired by the original (alpha) female worgen model from World of Warcraft, but the mask itself is not actually gender-specific.
This was made using a method similar to the one Qarrezel (Clockwork Creature) uses. It is fur over a resin cast face form with taxidermy eyes, moving jaw, and taxidermy jawset inside the mouth.
The ears are bigger than they appear here because they are folded back.
I wore this to Furnal Equinox 2011 and I will be putting it up for auction once I do a few adjustments and replace the interior padding (so the mask can be sold as new). I will post in my journal when I am nearing readiness to auction it, and once again when it is actually up for auction. Starting bid price will be $400.
