With a prompt like that, I HAD to draw Shadi, also because I've neglected her for too long!
She's being a little thief and a gremlin as usual, enjoying messing with the city guards who are trying to stop her.
By now they are starting to recognize her, and their patience is wearing thin. :P
Super late and kinda rushed post, but I've been crazy busy. Tomorrow I won't be able to post anything, as I have a long flight ahead.
I hope to be able to follow through for the rest of the month, but I don't make any promises.

Shadi taunting the guards and then parkouring her way away from them must be so discouraging.
They're guards, they're meant to cross their spears to bar entrance, seize people, and stand around looking intimidating.
At no point were they trained or equipped to jump over a small obstacle, much less run up a wall.
Shadi just gets to constantly clown on them and they can't do shit about it.

Okay I just fricken love this.
First I love cat thieves who just like taunting people trying to arrest them, specifically ones hanging off a ledge to do so; and second, I've met cops before who've had the exact reaction on calls these guards have right now, and just the accuracy of it is beautiful.

I love Shadi. Her boyfriend is one lucky dude to have her in his life because I bet she's a ton of fun in more ways than one.
Oh! I meant to mention that this scene reminds me of another comic in which a rogue (lady) has an "officer of the law" make a similar demand of surrender. The other one didn't surrender either.
