This is a remake of this https://www.deviantart.com/reallyre.....galoo-21769418 picture from  BigBang that helped me fall in love with Pikachu tickles even though at the time I wasn’t that fond of Pikachu. And thus, when I decided to touch up other people’s pictures in order to help improve my own skills, this one was one of the first I did. Though, this isn’t that version and in fact, this one got some very extensive touchups that I eventually decided to actually finish it up and post it in honor of the blue weirdo. I’ve remade a lot of his pics, but this is the only one besides Stitch in the Stocks I actually have considered posting and the only one I felt could be justified in doing so considering that it’s almost entirely new anyway. Still gonna give him all the credit.

And helping out with that is  ShinyPika23’s ChuChu, who in this redone version, isn’t powering a hospital but a massive and expensive hotel of one of his friends that he actually blew out the power for. So now he’s going to be the generator and who knows when they’ll get around to fixing the main generator.

Since Chu is actually quite the tickle glutton, even if he tries to deny it, special treatment was given to make sure he didn’t hold back his electricity as he was tickled. This included putting him in a straitjacket to increase his helplessness (though it was also because he looks really cute in one), in a slightly uncomfortable chair that seems to be helping conduct more static with his wiggling and brushing about. And all the while, tickle taunts are played on the intercom while this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uvlo0ayA-wI also plays almost nonstop as the feathers tickle his feet. To make matters worse, the sound effect isn’t just used, it’s also newly mixed in so that it matches his wiggling feets movements almost!

And whenever he’s allowed a break, David the Sableye comes in to lotion up his feet to make sure they don’t lose any sensitivity. And in the chance he passes out, there’s a large supply of Full Restore and Max Revives waiting to be used. So he’s in for the long haul.

Despite this, I’m sure he likes it deep down.
