Samantha was so named because... well... she is a black witch's cat / stereotypical Halloween Cat but the thing is, she hates it! I kid you not, trying to get her to take a picture next to a freshly carved pump was nigh to impossible! She would scratch the thing ever time we put it next to her. xDD You can even see her claws digging into the deck chairs here. xDD
This was taken on Oct 2022 when we arrived to help care for family on Maui, and I thought it fitting remembrance image, and fitting for THE SPOOPY MONTH for 2023.
Love ya kitten, and yes I know you strongly dislike being labeled a Halloween kitty, but just this once, you are our Spoopy Black Kitty!
