Penelope Atchison: October 2023 Redesign
I wasn't too impressed with how Penelope looked like last time, so I've decided to redo her design from the ground up. As I'm never really consistent on what color her pencil should be over here, I decided to make a color entry for it and kept the original color scheme she's had for… checks notes …one million years. I'll be uploading the full versions on my InkBunny and FurAffinity profiles, because why not, and have updated her image on the wiki.
