This is just a simple screenshot of the springboard on my 3rd gen iPad Wifi. It is running iOS 5.1 that was preinstalled on it. Also, the resolution is quite big (you have to download the image to view the full size) since the resolution of the 3rd generation iPad is 2048X1536.

First page is just the default apps and the Apple apps (which includes the iLife and iWork suites for iPad, as well as iBooks, Remote, etc.). The second page is just all the 3rd party apps and games I have installed in folders.
