Looks like some of the apples I picked at the farm did make it home to become pies. That sweet apple and cinnamon smell was hard to resist, I just had to give it a big sniff. That’s all I wanted to do … Imagine my surprise when the pie leaped off the table into my hands! Honest it did! One piece even slid off the plate but luckily Ember caught it.
I guess if the pie is just going to jump off the table I better eat it, that way Mama has a sticky cub instead of a sticky floor.
What do you mean Mama will never believe that? Shush Ember, you don’t look that eager to giveback that piece of pie either.
