Exotika~
Rulers/leadership
A subtropical island city state. Similar to Zootopia or Beastars, but with more of a rustic futuristic type tone. Similar to nations such as Monaco or Singapore, with a mix of my hometown of Columbia SC. Yet a more wider scope to host many anthro animals.
Ruled over by a Monarchy/Kaiser-dom know as "The house of Rascova". As this family of anthro fox squirrel's said to have founded this island nation to make peace with preds and prey and even a conservation island for humanity known as the "Sapien Island".
The Monarchy however is more of a symbolic or a figurehead with a right to consult, encourage and warn the citizen. Being a head of state, rather then head of the government.
Rather what runs Exotika was a "constitutional AI". This AI is the head of the whole governmental system. Using an "organic parliament" representing the people of Exotika. Voting and making suggestion along with the AI that with feedback from the parliament that makes life better for all citizens. Yet parliament along with the monarchy can shutdown the AI for emergencies. Leading to the Monarchy to have leadership for a short period of time till the System can run properly.
As this AI learned, it created it's "Yin Yang" mindset, both working in unison.
Yin: Self preservation and self protection.
Yang: Appreciated it's creators, aware of it's actions, and considering actions and effects it has for others.
Land parts of Exotika~
New Vegas:
A mix liking of Times square and Las Vegas of neon lit adverts, billboards, casinos and various entreatments and glamor. Being the most wealthy part of the nation, but also the most densely populated. Being a heavy target for pop preds. Or Preds who can legally eat prey to control the population. With even rundown parts if you look away from the lights.
The Capital:
Built of an urban scope, with only a few skyscrapers with a mix of a modern, cozy and European like influences. Yet also having jungle like forests around it. Hosting the Royal Monarchy of Rascova and AI government systems.
The Residents:
Where most of the citizen live with plenty of housing and costal like influences. Liking to that of Southern California. Yet predominately motel like apartments that populated the landscape. Some being nice and cozy, but some in the "rust zone" being livable, but poorer conditions and maintenance. Liking to that of the Rust belt of the US.
The Mainland:
A forest and mountainous region plan. Few populate as its considered a farmland like that of France or Switzerland.
Kai Sen:
A separate identity then the most of Exotika, a melting of all far eastern cultures. Japanese, Korean and Chinese all fused into one scope. And even a fusion of all far eastern languages known as "Chu-Sen-ese". Not as big as New Vegas, but still very popular and also densely populated.
Additional Islands~
Erasto Island:
A sleepy low county barrier island. With many marshlands, subtropical everglades, and southern beaches. Most of this land is underdeveloped as population is few in numbers. A play on the word "Edisto" Island influenced by columbia SC.
Sapien Islands:
A recently constructed artificial island constructed to be a haven for what remains of humanity. Population for humans being around less than 200. With plenty of glamorous buildings, houses and even palaces in homes in humans can repopulate. With many historical ideas, success and notes of achievements all persevered on the island. Humans there have free citizenship to be Exotikans and even conduct businesses to the mainland. As most recently, humans have no use on aid of food or goods from the mainland. As it started to be self sufficient. Yet still apart of the nation of Exotika.
Outside of the island nation is only known as "New Pangea". A mostly desert region with few plant life that scattered few across the plans. With few people calling it its home or few who want to live off the grid.
