You know, I don't actually like the shopkeeper that much. I mean sure she's pretty... but she is an utter bitch.
I feel like if you're going to be selling magical 'adult themed' and/or 'cursed' items, you should be up front with your costumers about what they're getting into. For example, she is just standing back and watching this play out, likely fully aware of what the bikini may do and that Penny is being set up and doing absolutely nothing about it.

This much build up towards Derrick .... I'm kinda curious to know what he looks like now.
