While I really loved doing the more stylized pieces earlier, I wanted a better way to do the backgrounds to save time/make work more consistent, without compromising the final image. Recently found out about Lasso Draw, and wanted to test it in this way - personally I'm really happy with how this turned out.
Also just been forever since doing art of Rorik, and it was a lot of fun. Only gripe is that I made his body a little too small vs his head, but I also didn't see that as a major issue - just something I'd want to do intentionally next time.
