Unfortunately I can’t think of a Halloween costume what fits with arrby so I just gave him his pirate gear
Whenever the puplantean Merpups recognise a pirate pup like arrby making a return appearance in puplantis on Halloween, they all worried if he’s gonna cause trouble again by stealing something else what’s really important to them like the shell of puplantis or any other rare and magical objects. But they noticed that he’s alone without his pirate hooman (not present anywhere) and he came up to us that he’s not a villain no more, he’s now a hero and explained everything that he’s now part of the paw patrol and apologise for stealing the shell, which every Merpup are happy and delighted that he’s a friendly pirate just like our king scorcher and accept his apology.
So they all trust and accepted arrby to live and visit to our city. Arrby promise he will be a good Merpup.
However he’s wearing his pirate outfit for Halloween (which he always wear since his debut) so they know why he didn’t wear something else because he loves being a pirate.
Next we have our dachshund pirate Merpup arrby dressed up in his own pirate gear as hes ready to fill up his treasure chest pup pack with loads of candy, plus making a lot of new Merpup friends by showing himself that he’s a friendly pirate and apologising to everyone.
