So it's a /4 chapter so we get a different perspective for this chapter. And I've probably stated multiple times so far that I have a lot of difficulty distinguishing between Triessa and Feran in my mind. It isn't even that they are similar sounding. I think it's that I consider them too much of a "same coin, two sides" scenario and haven't done enough to distinguish them in my mind. Though I guess fridge logic-ing his statement doesn't really hold up. I mean, yes, it is something true I've put into the story. But it's the sheer number of elements that would create a "how would you tell?" type situation. Like Fire is easy. Find a fire manifestor and have something burst into flames next to them and see how they react. Wind kind of works with heights, but that's kind of difficult to really lock down. But then, how do you prove someone's not afraid of water? or earth? or clouds? or lightning?
