Ous has a rich culture, wetnurses being a significant part of it due to their heroic efforts in saving the fawns of the moon when the land sank. Here a good wetnurse lays in a field with her triplets and the Samur fawn she suckles beside her own, reading them a book of folk horror in between feedings. The fawns all love it, and one of her daughters seems to have taken an interest in the foreign fawn. Its an honorable profession full of love and gentle care.
