LyhokoLeaci got some prequel panels to a TG+WG+Race Change set, with his character Yuuno, in male form, giving him a Mochi which results in well, this. So even considering how much he's growth in the second panel there's still some growth left to be done, but if you zoom in on his chest on part 2 you can see some of his skin tone is already changing.
