What's this, another new character? Why yes it is! A spooky one for the spooky season!
This gribbly gremlin is Chime, a capricious and mischievous Fae from Neverwhere, a realm of magic and dreams and messed up Wonderland style stuffs. A very old being whose life has spanned the last millennium or so, she's long since been fascinated by some human concepts such as the circus, old timey things like radio and movies and of course the food of the gods that is pizza.
Once the court jester of a very powerful Archfae, a...disagreement with her former boss led to her exile from her former home and wondering for centuries as a trickster for hire. Nowadays she's formed Circo Fatato, a transdimensional circus and amusement park that can erupt from virtually anywhere and is her main home, her own Fae Domain, where those who find mysterious golden tickets may find themselves at the gates of a place of perpetual evening and spooky rides and funfare delights...
Powers wise, Chime has a lot of magic, such as shapeshifting and full control over her domain, as well as being far stronger than she looks, those massive claws, razor sharp fangs and jagged horns are not just for show~
