Minnesota Commercial Railway's #318, an ex-Green Bay & Western, exx-Chicago & Northwestern MLW/ALCo RS23, idles at the engine shop in west Saint Paul, Minnesota on a beautiful sunny day. This is one of the last operating examples of this rare locomotive.

Yeah, I'm familiar with that debacle. Though they lost most of their ALCo/MLW units before 2000. I believe there is still an S13 ALCo switcher hanging out at Deltaport in Roberts Bank/Tsawwassen. BC Rail had a bit of trackage there for the superport there that CN did not buy, so its technically still BC Rail.
