Man, lifting weights while, from the look of things, hanging suspended from a punching bag by just her legs? Girl must have thighs of steel. And a spine of titanium! That just makes my back hurt to look at it. But then, I'm a spongy little marshmallow, too. She looks cute at her workout, though, and I do love the pretty little pawprint shoes.

Can I ask what kind of workout inspired you to get a commission of this?

I was actually inspired by a somewhat unrelated workout, where the person doing the exercise holds a (lightly loaded) barbell above their head with one hand while laying on the floor and, while holding it up, proceeds through a sequence of moves to end up standing straight up, then reverses the process to go back down to laying on the floor. It gave me the idea to have Ailith do an exercise where she's using a barbell in a more freeform manner, but trying to illustrate that exercise would have been a nightmare. Instead I figured that combining a bench press with a punching bag sit-up would not only be a lot easier to illustrate, it would also give people the inspiration to wish that they were a punching bag.

Man I never even heard of punching bag sit ups xD Well very creative. I now want to get art commissioned of one of my characters working out hard. But perhaps not as extreme as this mind you.
