A new character has appeared in the background of Velkyn's campaign.

His name is Nicolae. But most just call him Nico.
Nico can't speak. A demon took his voice away.
He's done some very bad things. Things he regrets.

He is in reserve as a backup character, should Velkyn ever be "indisposed" for a while. Otherwise, he is effectively a NPC, operating in the background. He is currently in service under the local Spymaster.

We'll see what happens with him...if he dies, or if he manages a bit of atonement before then.
