I'm betting she's somehow going to become aware soon even though she isn't right now. As for the image itself, I love how casual she's being. The angles are amazing as well!
I love how the micros are so small that the mere act Eve putting on the nail polish creates a huge mess for them to swim in and it looks like you can see the ridges of her close like a landscape.
