WIP of a character I plan to do a lot of stuff with!
Caudane (Compact Automated Unit Drone for Abyssal and Neretic Exploration) is a sentient survey unit built for deep-sea scientific exploration. Her frame is resitant enough to allow her to freely dive and swim down to the deepest confines of the oceans, recording what she sees and broadcasting it live to the scientists that are all safe and dry above the surface. Her long hair strings can also be used to light up her surroundings! And if one of the scientists in charge commands to, she can also sample objects and animals through her mouth, inside a nice and safe extensible pouch in her midsection~ That can actually hold a lot of volume!
Additionally, she is built after an anthro Coelacanth, with a hint of Caulophryne anglerfish for the hair
