Another Lucy one-off, this time featuring Ron's worst fear. This is the sorta thing you worry about when your girlfriend is a former human. Thought it was on theme for spooky month.

Soooo spooky xwx But there's a chance it was an unlucky combo of the lightning and the scary movie! I don't know who that would be scarier for ether. I know I certainly wouldn't want to be forever banished to the back seat of my own body. Nor would I ever want such for a loved one
Yup, definitely boyfriend. Though if anyone asked, Lucy would probably just make non-committal fox noises so that she doesn't get taken to area 51 and dissected or something.

Yes absolutely, it's a rather disturbing concept. I actually saw the movie Aliens before I watched Alien, two very different but also rather good movies.
And heh yeah that's probably a wise policy ;) Though I did have this discussion elsewhere, I'm possibly just naïve but I'm not sure how likely that would be in these scenarios, you'd probably have to tell no-one at all, a single trusted person or make what had happened to you as widely known as possible, at least that way you'd have a certain amount of protection. Though I suspect a sentient former-human talking-fox would make people more curious than anything else, it would basically upend everything people thought they knew about reality. I could foresee Lucy doing the talk-show rounds rather than being carted off to a lab somewhere, and being studied and examined might be kind of fun as long as it was consensual.
