So heres Victoria ^^; She is part of a Pluvian recon group, specifically being the sniper/ long range member.
Her clothes are those of typical Pluvians; dark and blue-grey. This helps them camouflage themselves in the rain or in their "concrete jungle" cities. The cloak is brown to blend with shadows, plus brown cloaks are the way to go! Remember Star Wars? lol
I also tried something else here, I didnt ink it :O
A risky move but I think it came out okay :)
