Really wanted to try a new look for Haipa after seeing a characters design in a music animation, and thanks to 
it is done! Def need a ref sheet done sometime for this.. and everyone else >->
Story wise- Haipa took a interest in haircut she saw in a show and asked Vel with her fashion expertise for help. So with a few clips and buzz, application of make up, lil custom earring, and trying a new outfit(though the extra short skirt wasn't her idea), shes got a new look~
