Dragons in my world don't generally have a need for clothing. The heat and cold do not bother them, and since they are shapeshifters and very large in their full form, they often go about nude. Clothing tends to just be in the way, and gets damaged easily. For Artaxandras here, he is at home in his cave, just enjoying making pottery. He does not need to wear anything more. Putting more on over his wings or his back spines is not worth the effort at this particular moment.
