Yes, it's Tomoe Mami from Puella Magi Madoka Magica. She's one of my favorite characters in the series. xD

Done in .05mm ink pen, and then digitally colored on photoshop.

I thought I'd flex my pen skills which I'm still not good at.

Hahaha. It takes some time. I don't know why I didn't do this stuff earlier. Traditional is much easier to control than digital.

Hahaha. It's not that. It's my technique. I'm not used to drawing with the pen, but the good thing is, since the pen is fine tipped and part felt, it grips the paper, make it easy and hard to maneuver. you also can't tell how much ink you're using at the start. It's like using a paintbrush.
